Summary:


  • A proven track record driving and developing the digital strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and retention on the online channels.
  • Additionally, you will have proven experience in online retail/ eCommerce to play a pivotal role in the delivery of an ambitious digital growth strategy. 
  • Built and overseen a data-driven, long-term digital roadmap that will positively impact the customer’s experience and the company’s strategic and financial goals.
  • Must be an expert with AMAZON and other large scale eComm platforms. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive and develop the digital strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and retention on the online channels.
  • Manage the eCommerce platform performance. Identify new opportunities and enhancements to drive more traffic and orders, utilizing the Shopify Plus platform.
  • Drive customer growth through strategy creation via SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Marketing
  • Lead all eCommerce strategic initiatives, operational improvements to include customer service tools, e-bridge for ERP system, phone gateway, etc
  • Create and implement channel development strategies (company website, Amazon, Specialty, etc)
  • Lead the development of our international B2C eCommerce strategies, platforms and/or partners
  • Lead the Cross-platform digital strategy


 


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, eCommerce or similar field with 7+ years of experience in senior managerial level
  • Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills with proven knowledge of SEO and web copy/merchandising.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics/Tag Manager best practices
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in the USA eCommerce consumer market is preferred but also willing to consider candidates from EU
  • Candidate must have upper hand strengths in eCommerce, running online sales organizations. Experience in offline sales, i.e. retail stores is a bonus, but not crucial
  • Candidates with Amazon or other large online retailers experience is highly preferred
  • Candidate will manage the B2C team based in Hong Kong, Philippines, and the USA
  • Will lead Ecommerce growth and expansion for multiple global destinations
