All-round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and, stationeries and pantry supplies, etc.
Manage company renovations and overall office administrations
Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues of Admin and HR issues
Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
Help organize employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event, company events)
Update internal HRIS with staff information
Ensure smooth operations and provide support to departments and stakeholders
Set performance standards and evaluate local HR operational functions
Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages
Prepare and manage the division’s budget
Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned

University degree/ diploma, major in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred
8 years’ working experience as an Admin & HR Officer
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong sense of responsible, attentive to details and multi-tasking
