Learning and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Manage and advise on all aspects of C&B matters, including annual salary review, salary bench-marking, year-end bonus review, monthly payroll,
  • MPF, benefits entitlement etc.
  • Review and formulate C&B policies and procedures; assist in process streamlining
  • Lead and improve C&B policy
  • Monitor all C&B operations and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for HK, US, and UK.


Qualifications:


  • BSc/BA in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
  • 5+ years proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
